GANDHIAN PRICIPLES DURING THE PANDEMIC- POEM

When a deadly virus was on hunt, untamed
Gruesome days unveiled, bringing in the wretchedness,
Not one could dodge or elude it's savage bestial power
They shuddered in fear as it came prowling ravenous,
It was the worst killing spree in a century, obliterating everything
To fill in the void, to see light in dark,
People had to look back at those bygone days,
Not besmirched by greed and violence,
When truth wasn't colored by corruption,
For it isn't a battle of brawns or riches,
Like Gandhi one had to give up on vanity, follow simplicity,
Stand in unity as one big family,
They needed to be coalesced into one to fight the devil,
The world was back to square one, finding solace in whatever they had,
Walking in the path of the MAHATMA!
